Helsinki Darkroom Festival – Etusivu

Helsinki Darkroom Festival 2022 is a festival focusing on analogue photography, organized by The Finnish Darkroom Association for the first time in the spring and winter of 2022. The purpose of this inclusive, forward-looking festival is to bring together various institutions, researchers and artists working with analog photography. Festival’s main exhibition, Impression Remains will be held 28.1.-15.5.2022 at the Finnish Museum of Photography. In addition to the exhibitions, discussions, workshops and a youth photography competition will be held during the festival. Symposium for Artistic Research in Analog Photography will be held in March 2022 in collaboration with Aalto University as part of the festival. Festival is supported by The Finnish Cultural Foundation.
